Troy Elite F.C. premier teams will have the opportunity to sell HoopsMania sweepstakes tickets as a fundraiser to give parents the opportunity to offset the costs paid into the club this year. Scott will be at the Troy Community Center on Sunday, January 14th from 2-4pm and again on Wednesday, January 17th from 7-8pm to hand out sales packets, instructions, and answer questions. The HoopsMania fundraiser will run for 7 weeks from January 14th until March 3rd.
What is HoopsMania
Each $20 HoopsMania ticket has 9 chances to win a prize in each of the 4 regions within the NCAA college basketball tournament. The tickets also have a chance to win a grand prize at the end of the tournament. The grand prize is awarded to the ticket whose teams score the most total points throughout the tournament.
Every HoopsMania ticket is assigned 16 random teams playing in college basketball’s post season championship tournament (4 random teams from each region - West, East, Midwest, South). Prizes are awarded to the tickets whose teams scored the most and fewest total combined points in a region and throughout the tournament.
